About

Kennie & Liza, Co-owner

As a husband and wife team, Kennie and Liza have served coastal North Carolina, providing quality custom construction, for 30 years. Licensed in 1995, Alisa started New Vision Builders (with Kennie) in Carteret County; since that time, the company’s services have expanded to include Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, and Brunswick counties - any location in southeastern North Carolina! Over the course of these three decades, New Vision Builders has remained one of the most trusted and dependable contractors in SE North Carolina - both enjoying the best of times, and enduring the extreme and ongoing challenges facing the industry since 2008.
